Recently, a few of my friends thought it would be fun to talk about living the life you crave. It did not take long for it to become a serious conversation, which has developed in a 3 part discussion about Spiritual Housekeeping. Patanjali says, "When you are inspired by some great purpose, some extraordinary project, all your thoughts break their bonds: Your mind transcends limitations, your consciousness expands in every direction, and you find yourself in a new, great and wonderful world. Dormant forces, faculties, and talents become alive, and you discover yourself to be a greater person by far than you ever dreamed yourself to be."

These quotes will help you start to live the life that you imagined and accomplish spiritual housekeeping.

It's all perception.
Perception begins with thoughts about what we believe to be true. Any problem we encounter in our lives is not because there is not a solution. It is present to encourage us to widen our imagination. Too often, we become hard and fixed on one of two outcomes, instead of allowing ourselves to become open to the endless possibilities that exist. Encourage yourself to do as Alice in Wonderland suggests: Believe in as many as six impossible things before breakfast. How do you do this? Begin to live in a place where your blessings are. Live in the presence of Good as opposed to the presence of lack. I challenge you as you begin this new journey of living the life you imagine to start seeing absolutely everything in your life as an opportunity to express your best self, a chance to expand your horizons. Scientists have demonstrated there are about six possible solutions to resolve any issues, so push yourself to identify six possible answers. Conduct your experiment. Then only then will you be able to find the magic that exists in the challenge.

George Bernard Shaw says imagination is the beginning of creation. You imagine what you desire, you will what you imagine, and at last, you create what you will.

Find the Lesson.
Sarah Ban Breathnachit wrote, "it’s simply not an adventure worth telling if there aren’t any dragons.” Don't be so quick to judge things as good or bad. Simply start with the question, “what am I to learn from this”? When you start looking at this event as a learning opportunity, you will find there are golden nuggets throughout the experience, and they are preparing you for the life that you want to live. Imagine that everything you want is across the river, but the river is deep, and to get there, you have to learn to build a bridge, and you must be able to swim. But you do not know how to do either. Determining these skills is required to get to the things you want so badly, you begin right now to develop the skills you need to build the bridges to your success.

All Aboard - Ride the Gratitude Train

When it seems as if nothing is going right for love or money, and you just cannot seem to catch a break, I encourage you to practice gratitude and appreciation.  We have so much for which to be grateful.  We often forget there are people, events, and things, which we are unaware of, have contributed to our restful sleep, food, and entertainment.  We did not wake ourselves up. We did not create the legs we used to get out of bed, etc.

Integrating Abraham-Hicks Rampage of Appreciation Game in your life is a way to ramp up your gratitude practice.  The purpose of this game, according to Abraham-Hicks, is to get you accustomed to the feeling of higher vibrations. The more you find something to appreciate, resistance to your “good” dissipates, and your desire can easily flow into your experience.  (http://www.healyourlife.com/a-fun-game-for-giving-thanks).

This Rampage of Appreciation Game can be played anyplace and anytime because it is a game that can be easily played simply by directing pleasant thoughts in your Mind. If you were to write your thoughts on paper, it would enhance this process, but it is not necessary.
Recent research has proven consistent practice of gratitude will improve your physical health, emotional health, self-esteem, mental strength, help you sleep better, and reduce aggression.  Also, Abraham-Hicks said, “because the vibration of gratitude/appreciation is the most powerful connection between the physical you and the Non-Physical You, this process will also put you in a position to receive even clearer guidance from your Inner Being.”
Spread your wings and get ready to fly.
Live the life you‘ve imagined.  Dream Big!
