Ellen DeGeneres once said:  “I am saddened by how people treat one another and how we are so shut off from one another and how we judge one another, when the truth is, we are all one connected thing. We are all from the same exact molecules.”  Her quote is synonymous with the 2nd Unity Principle - Everything is an individualized expression of God.

This is not a new belief.  Buddhist and Hindus believed this also.  They believe that your actions were responsible for the type of life you have, in that your life is the sum of a person's actions in this and previous states of existence, viewed as deciding their fate in future existences.

Biologist Bruce Lipton’s (Biology of Belief) research demonstrated that a person’s perception, not genetic programming, is what spurs all action in the body: It’s our beliefs, or our assumed truth, that select our genes which choose our behavior.  Human beliefs choose to perceive a positive or negative environment.  If we are victims, we are victims of our beliefs.
If I am an individualized expression of God and everything else is also an individualized expression of God, yet I AM God, and everything I see was created by me, then everything I see is an individualized expression of me. So if my life is not filled with the things I want to experience, the solution is to change my beliefs.
Romans 12:2 says, do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is--his good, pleasing and perfect will.
To transform your mind, you start by re-thinking what you believe to be impossible.   How do you re-think the impossible?
The First Step, according to Arnold Patent, author of The Journey and You Can Have It All, says to make a list of your personal beliefs about the experience you want to change.  It’s in your belief that is clouding your acceptance of the Truth that you are the Power and Presence of God.  Every thought, action, feeling event and circumstance in your life tell you what you believe.

It has been proven that what we feel is stronger than what we think, so try using the Feeling Exercise created by Deborah Sandella, Ph.D., RN.  Close your eyes, while breathing in and out, pay attention to each body part.  As you place your awareness in each part of your body, notice what you feel in each area.  As thoughts, feelings, and images arise, embrace them.  Using your imagination, ask any “situation” to reveal to you where it is in your body.  Then just breathe into feeling the feeling, not judging it.  Arnold Patent states that you are to simply feel love for these feelings, and feel love for yourself feeling these feelings.  Now that you have identified these feelings, repeat to yourself, “I intend to release these feelings from my body.”
The next step is to replace negative feelings with positive feelings.  Imagine your body filled with happiness, confidence, and joy.  When you have finished, open your eyes and write down the feelings.  Keep the list in a place where you can see them daily.  This will allow you to experience positive feelings daily.
Life is your mirror.  What you see as your outside, always comes from your inside – Anonymous.

Remember, life is too short to drink cheap champagne.
Dream Big and Life the life you have imagined.
