The more connected we are in our daily living, we quickly forget that our conversations, thoughts, imagination, and feelings serve as fuel to spark our experiences. Joy, inner peace, and tranquility are not dependent upon external conditions; we have the power at this moment to change our lives. No matter where we find ourselves, our minds, thoughts, and imagination are the keys to resurrecting our life.

Here’s what I know. The only person that knows what is best for you is YOU. You are the only person who can make your dreams come true, and you are the miracle for which you have been waiting.

Here are a few steps to help you get started.

- Decide to change your life – once you have made this decision, the universe will help you along the path

- Forgiveness - Forgiveness means different things to different people. Generally, however, it involves a decision to let go of resentment and thoughts of revenge. Bernard Meltzer – says when you forgive, you in no way change the past, but you sure do change the future.

- Gratitude has been scientifically linked to better health and happiness. Opray has often said, “you radiate and generate more goodness for yourself when you’re aware of all you have and not focusing on you have-nots.”

- Visualization – we are very good at seeing us fail, but we need to become better at visualizing our successes. If you cannot see yourself achieving your goal, then your chances of achieving your goals are slim. Set aside 10 to 15 minutes a day visualizing the achievement of one of the goals that makes your heart sing. Make sure you set badass goals and amp up the visualization.

Here's to living the life you‘ve imagined. Let the God times roll.
